What information do we collect?
We collect personal data from visitors to the website who are willing to contact us. We do not collect or store any credit card information. To serve you better, we may combine information you give us with other information that is publicly available.
How do we use the information you provide?
If you give us your personal information online, then with your consent, we will use this information to keep you informed of our special events or promotions, to register you with our website, to administer our website services, and/or to process any orders you may place online. Otherwise, we may use the information you provide to us only to review our performance and to improve our services to you, or to communicate with you about your order if you have placed an online order. We will send you announcements or communications by email only if you give us your permission to do so by giving the appropriate consent on our web site. In addition, we may use information about your product interests and purchases from us to help us improve our site design and your online experience. We may contact you, subject to the choices you have made, via e-mail, postal mail, or telephone, to conduct market research and learn more about how we can improve our product offerings. To serve you better, we may combine information you give us and information about your product interest and purchases with information from third parties, including demographic information and information that is publicly available. We may also combine this information with information from our affiliates. We use that combined information to enhance and personalize your online experience with us, and to communicate with you in accordance with this policy.
Do we share your information with others?
We don't sell, rent or disclose our client’s names, addresses, email addresses or other personal information to any third parties except for shipping purposes. Further, in order to maintain our website, to manage our database, to distribute e-mails and to provide client communications, Carmerad contracts with selected third parties. As necessary, the personal information you provide to us may be processed by these third parties, solely on Carmerad’s behalf but we do not authorize any of these service providers to make any other use of your information. We do not otherwise disclose your information to third parties, unless we are required to do so by law or in connection with a legal claim or proceeding.
Accuracy and retention
You are entitled to request access to and correction of all personal data you provide us, or to remove your name from our marketing list at any time by contacting our customer service by email firstname.lastname@example.org or mailing address listed below.
Acceptance of privacy and modifications
Our purpose is to guarantee your full satisfaction. If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right to return purchased products within fourteen (14) days from the date on which you received them from the Vendor. Returned items must be shipped back to the Vendor within fourteen (14) days from the date on which you informed the Vendor of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
Terms and Conditions of Return
The right to return products shall be deemed correctly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met:
a) the products must not have been used, worn or washed;
b) the identification tag must still be attached to the products, which constitutes an integral part of the item;
c) the returned products must be in their original packaging;
d) the returned products must be delivered to the Vendor within fourteen (14) days of when you informed the Vendor of your decision to withdraw from the contract;
e) the products must not be damaged.
If you have fulfilled all requirements set forth above, the Vendor will fully refund the price of the returned purchased products. You are responsible for the return shipping cost and you will have to pay for the return shipping cost upfront and at your own expense. You will be notified if the returned products cannot be accepted because they do not comply with the conditions indicated in letters a), d) and e) of the previous paragraph. In this case, you may choose to have the purchased products redelivered to you at your expense. If you refuse the above delivery, we reserve the right to retain the products and the amount paid for your purchase of the products. You will also be contacted if your return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the conditions indicated in letters b), c) and d) of the preceding paragraph. In this case, you may choose to accept a decrease in the refund, of which you will be informed, due to the decrease in value of the returned products, or to have the purchased products redelivered to you at your expense.
Refund Times and Procedures
After the Vendor has received the returned products and checked that the products meet all requirements, you will receive an e-mail that the returned products have been accepted, or, if a decrease in value of the returned products has been detected, you will receive an email informing you of the amount being deducted from the refund. Whatever form of payment you used, the refund procedure will start within fourteen (14) days from when the Vendor was informed of your decision to exercise your right to return the purchased products and once the Vendor has checked that the return was carried out in compliance with the above conditions.
The time period for refunding the amount you paid for purchasing the returned products depends on the form of payment used:
Purchase by Credit/Debit Card: refund time will depend on the Credit Card company’s policies. We would like to assure you, however, that the value date for the credit will coincide with the date of the original payment; therefore you will not suffer any interest loss;
Payment by Direct Bank Transfer : refunds will be credited to your Credit/Debit Card account and will be visible immediately. Reimbursement time to the credit card associated with your account depends on the bank that issued the card;
Payment in Cash on Delivery (for Romania only): the refund is delivered in cash at your door or in your account you have indicated to the Courier , therefore the refund time is dependent on the Courier Policy; normally the credit occurs within fourteen (14) days.
All products sold by the Vendor include an identification tag attached. Please try on the products without removing the tag and seal. Returned products without the tag or seal will not be accepted.
